1.Services Provided
The marketing agency (“Go Referral Agent LLC”) agrees to provide marketing services as agreed upon in the contract or proposal signed by both parties. These services may include but are not limited to: digital marketing, social media management, content creation, advertising campaigns, etc.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide necessary information, materials, and timely feedback essential for the provision of services by the Agency. Any delays caused by the Client may impact project timelines.

3. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Agency the agreed-upon fees for services rendered. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, invoicing schedules, and methods of payment, are outlined in the contract or proposal.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed or used by the Agency during the provision of services, including but not limited to designs, content, strategies, remain the property of the Agency unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes strategies, proprietary information, client lists, etc.

6. Termination

Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches its obligations. In the case of termination, the Client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Agency will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with [applicable jurisdiction]’s laws.

9. Governing Law
